James replied promptly to my enquiry and gave a quick quote for all 4 trees. Bark and Branch carried out the work as agreed. The locations were left so clean and tidy, it was only the change in trees that showed there had been pruning/felling. Although a little more expensive than another quote, I can't fault the service from James Ratcliffe.

Couldn't speak highly enough of James and his team. He was really responsive to messages both when I enquired about a quote and when I booked him to do the work. James and his team were professional, polite, were friendly with my kids when they wanted to say hi and just cracked on with the work. James gave me a cost and availability within an hour of my initial contract. They were able to fit my job in the next. The tree was cut down quickly without damaging any of the surrounding plants and they cleaned up all of the bits. Good job.
