Commercial Tree surgery in Manchester's Openshaw
At Bark & Branch, our Manchester tree surgeons undertake all tree work large or small, domestic or commercial. Fully insured and qualified, all quotes are free of charge. Our team were at commercial customers, Machine Mart in Openshaw, Manchester, bright and early. We were there to clear a few small trees and some vegetation for them, so that their signage could be be seen from Ashton Old Road again.
As always, we left the work site clear and tidy, removing all waste.

Tree services in Manchester's Wythenshawe
We were at St Paul’s school in Wythenshawe, Manchester, to safely remove a dead alder tree. Because dead alder wood can become very brittle and prone to snapping, they can become dangerous if left. Dead alders also require careful removal by an experienced tree surgeon.
As always, we left the school site clear and tidy, removing all waste. This client asked us to leave the tree stump.

Tree surgery in Manchester's Whalley Range
Our Manchester tree surgeons provide tree surgery services for a number of schools across Manchester. On this job, we were asked to remove a dangerously damaged maple tree from a primary school site in Whalley Range, Manchester.
On survey, we could see that the tree was badly damaged. It was struck by lightning two years ago, and it had been in decline ever since. The tree was now a risk to the safety of staff and pupils on the school site, as well as to the passing road users.

Due to the condition and location of the tree it needed removing as a priority. We recommend that the area surrounding the tree was cordoned off until we completed the work, which we were able to do on a Saturday morning, to minimise delay and disruption for the school.
We used an access platform to safely dismantle the tree. With most dead trees the wood is often brittle and can be unpredictable and even shatter if allowed to fall to the ground. As always, we left our work site clear and tidy, removing all waste, as is particularly important for a school environment with young children.
